What this deadline tracker includes
- Days left: Calculates the calendar days until a task is due. Completed tasks and tasks without a due date show a blank result.
- Health: Flags tasks as Overdue, Due today, Due soon, On track, Complete, or No due date. Due soon means within the next three days.
- Review on: Shows a review date two days before the deadline.
How to use the template
- Select Use this template to create your own copy.
- Replace the sample tasks and fixed due dates with your project’s tasks and dates.
- Set priorities and check the formula results during project reviews.
- Check Done as you finish tasks. Health changes to Complete and Days left becomes blank.
You can adjust the formulas to change the review date or the due-soon window.
